Unworn or defective merchandise may be Exchanged for a store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please Contact Us with details of the merchandise to be exchanged prior to sending the item back. To complete an exchange online, the merchandise must be returned and a new order can then be placed online. In store, we will happily exchange items in a single transaction. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with tickets attached. Merchandise marked "clearance" or "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer; however, Obsessions will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect item). Please visit our “Contact Us” page to provide details of the merchandise prior to returning the item.
Obsessions retail store locations will accept Exchange Only of merchandise purchased online at obsessionsfashion.com within 14 days of the original purchase date. All merchandise must have original packaging and must be accompanied with the invoice. Merchandise sold as "clearance" or "final sale" cannot be exchanged.
We do not offer exchanges on Bridal Jewlery including tiaras, hair accessories, brooches and evening bags. Due to hygiene reasons items such as earrings and some seasonal items are not applicable for an exchange. Please choose your items carefully.
Original shipping and gift packaging charges are non-refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. When your order is shipped, you will be notified via e-mail with your tracking number.
Please note that it takes 1-2 business days for order processing prior to shipping. Processing time varies based on the time of day an order is placed, as well as seasonal volumes.

Obsessions ships to Canada only. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship internationally. Keep checking back for updates.
After your order has been placed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email. Your order will be processed in our fulfillment centre within 24-48 hours, subject to peak holiday periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a shipment tracking number. If you are a registered user, you may also log into your account to review the status of your current and past orders.
At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.
